My Tribute to Some Well Known Creators
I thought id make the pilgrimage to making this a post on my site. Two well known flight sim 2004 creators are still going strong and that teaches us to never give up and to keep working on it for all time. These two are really banging them out there. One creates an airport each or ever other day or week, the other is making aircraft every year or so.
The first id like to talk about is Milton Shupe. He is from [Insert City], and creates some of the most amazing aircraft fro that sim. From the variable Beech 18S, to the rarely seen Spartan Executive, Milton has a keen knack for creating something eye catching that fights to be connected with the eye candy that it is. He has made most of his aircraft during his career for fs2004 before he made a switch to porting his planes to FSX and now makes them for both. One of the very few aircraft creators that will make for FSX and FS9 as well.
There is tons of other aircraft including the Grumman Goose, DHC-7, Lockheed Lodestar and the list goes on. The real key with his work is that if it wasn't for his choice for choosing to do only freeware aircraft, he would have been making these only for payware and i wouldn't have had the access to it. He remains one of the last active flight sim 2004 and x aircraft maker, but mainly of fs2004, there are other but they are younger and haven't been on the scene that long.
i have nearly 1/3 to maybe a half of what he has made. I don't have time to list all but if you search "Milton Shupe" over at flightsim.com you will see all that he has made. All free of course and almost payware quality. I would definitely check his aircraft out if you have FS9 and FSX as well.

The next member of the flight sim community that has sparked my interest is Roger Wensley. Roger has been working hard on making scenery fro fs2004. he has not ported over any scenery's for FSX or anything new like P3D or X-Plane 10-11. hes still making sceneries and has been for more than a decade or so. His are totally realistic and fun to fly out of. He has made like almost a thousand scenery's for FS9. His keen sense of creating sceneries is amazing. The realistic side of the scenery's is immaculate and awesome. I have not all of his scenery's but many of them.I enjoy flying in and out of the ones i have.
He in my mind is the single longest scenery maker for fs2004, as i don't know who is listed with him. He recently sent a scare throughout the whole FS2004 community as he was threatening to end his career or move to another sim. i was heartbroken, and really unhappy to have him leave us in the dark, but about half a month ago i saw him uploading to the flightsim.com site and now months later i was happy to have him back!
Im proud of him getting back in the saddle, and continuing to pump out such good scenery's for FS2004.
